Executive Coaching
For highly capable women navigating the complexity of modern work.
You've built your career through capability, commitment and consistently delivering results.
You care deeply about doing good work. You're thoughtful, dependable and someone others trust with significant responsibility. Perhaps you've stepped into a senior leadership role. Perhaps you're leading across cultures and time zones in a Global Capability Centre (GCC). Or perhaps you're navigating the competing expectations of global stakeholders, local teams and organisational priorities that don't always align.
Success is no longer determined by technical expertise alone.
The complexity now lies in the relationships you build, the influence you cultivate, the cultures you bridge and the decisions you make under pressure. It can be deeply rewarding work. It can also be incredibly demanding.
You're carrying more than anyone realises.
You spend your days solving problems, navigating competing expectations, managing difficult relationships and making decisions where there isn't always a clear right answer. You're constantly thinking. Constantly adapting. Constantly holding things together.
The ambition is still there. You still care about your work. You still want to make a meaningful contribution. But somewhere along the way, you've begun to wonder whether you can continue working at this pace. Not because you're incapable. Not because you've stopped caring. But because the mental load, the emotional labour and the complexity have quietly accumulated over time.
You don't necessarily need a new job. You don't necessarily need another leadership course. What you need is the space to think clearly about what's happening, understand the environment you're working in and decide how you want to move forward without sacrificing yourself in the process.
Executive Coaching offers that space.
Coaching for the real world
Most leadership challenges aren't solved by becoming more productive, more resilient or more confident. They're solved by understanding the environment you're working within.
Together, we'll explore not only your own thinking and behaviour, but also the relationships, power dynamics, cultural differences and organisational expectations shaping your experience. This is particularly valuable for leaders working in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and other complex organisations, where success depends as much on navigating people and systems as it does on technical expertise. We'll explore questions like:
- Why does this situation feel so difficult?
- What am I missing?
- Where do I have influence, and where don't I?
- How do I remain true to my values while navigating organisational politics?
- How do I lead without carrying everything on my own?
This isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you navigate complexity without losing yourself in the process.
Executive Coaching may be right for you if...
- You've reached a point in your career where capability alone no longer feels like enough.
- You're leading in a complex organisation and finding the human dynamics harder to navigate than the technical work.
- You're carrying significant responsibility and have very few places where you can think out loud without judgement.
- You're experiencing the early signs of exhaustion or burnout, but your ambition and commitment to your work remain as strong as ever.
- You're navigating difficult relationships, organisational politics or competing expectations.
- You don't want someone to tell you what to do. You want someone who will help you think more clearly.

Where it begins
Discovery Call
Every coaching relationship begins with a Discovery Call. This isn't a sales call. It's an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore whether coaching is the right next step.
We'll discuss what's bringing you to coaching, the context you're working within, the challenges you're facing and what you hope will be different by the end of our work together. I'll also explain how I work, answer your questions and, together, we'll decide whether we're the right fit. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
What you can expect
Coaching is a partnership.
I'll bring
Thoughtful questions, careful listening and an ability to notice patterns that may not yet be visible to you. I'll challenge your assumptions where necessary and help you think more clearly about both yourself and the environment you're navigating.
You'll bring
Your experience, your curiosity and your willingness to experiment with new ways of approaching the challenges you face.
Together, we'll create a space that is supportive, intellectually rigorous and grounded in your reality.
At the end of eight weeks
The promise
You will be clearly on the path towards the goal you have been working on, having made five times the progress you would have made without the coaching.
I don't expect you to become a different person. I hope you'll leave with something more valuable.
- A deeper understanding of yourself.
- Greater confidence in your own judgement.
- A clearer understanding of the organisational systems you're navigating.
- And practical ways of working that allow you to lead with intention, protect your energy and continue building a career that is both successful and sustainable.
For some clients, eight weeks is exactly what they need. Others choose to continue the relationship through Journey Coaching, returning periodically for reflection as new opportunities and challenges arise.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
I've never worked with a coach before. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
You don't need to know before you book the Discovery Call.
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
We'll explore what's bringing you to coaching, what you're hoping will be different and whether Executive Coaching is the right form of support for you.
Does everyone who books a Discovery Call become a coaching client?
No.
The Discovery Call is a conversation, not a sales meeting.
At the end of the call, we both decide whether we'd like to work together. For us to begin coaching, it needs to be a genuine yes from both of us.
There are times when I'll suggest that another form of support, such as therapy or medical care, would be more appropriate before coaching. If that's my assessment, I'll explain why.
What if you don't think coaching is right for me?
I'll tell you.
If I don't believe Executive Coaching is the right fit, I won't invite you into the programme.
Depending on your circumstances, I may recommend another type of support or suggest revisiting coaching at a later stage.
I'd rather you receive the right support than simply become another coaching client.
I already know what I should be doing. I just can't seem to do it. Can coaching help?
Often the challenge isn't a lack of knowledge.
It's that something in the environment, the relationships, the organisational culture or your own assumptions is making it difficult to act on what you already know.
Coaching helps us understand what's getting in the way so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Will you share your perspective, or only ask questions?
Both.
I'll ask thoughtful questions, but I'll also share observations, offer different ways of looking at a situation and draw on my own experience of organisations, leadership and workplace dynamics where I believe it will be useful.
My role isn't to make decisions for you. It's to help you think more clearly, broaden your perspective and make decisions that are right for your situation.
I'm exhausted. How do I know whether I need coaching, therapy or something else?
That can sometimes be difficult to determine on your own, which is one reason the Discovery Call exists.
If I believe coaching is appropriate, I'll explain why.
If I think another form of support would be more beneficial, I'll tell you that honestly. Coaching doesn't replace therapy or medical care, and there are times when those are the better place to begin.
I work in a Global Capability Centre (GCC). Will you understand my work environment?
Yes.
Many of the leaders I work with are navigating the complexity of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and other multinational organisations.
Leading across cultures, influencing without formal authority, balancing global and local priorities and managing competing stakeholder expectations all create unique leadership challenges. Those realities are an important part of our coaching conversations.
Why is the coaching engagement limited to eight weeks?
I believe coaching works best when it has both structure and momentum.
Eight weeks provides enough time to explore meaningful challenges, experiment with new approaches and reflect on what's changing without allowing the work to drift indefinitely.
At the end of the engagement, we'll decide together whether the coaching relationship has reached a natural conclusion or whether ongoing support through Journey Coaching would be valuable.
What happens after the eight weeks?
We'll spend our final session reflecting on what has changed, what you've learned and how you'd like to move forward.
Many clients conclude coaching at that point.
Others choose Journey Coaching, returning for occasional sessions as new opportunities and challenges arise.
There is never any expectation that coaching continues beyond the engagement.
Do I need my employer's permission to work with you?
No.
Executive Coaching is a personal investment in your own growth and development.
Some clients choose to fund their coaching themselves. Others receive financial support from their organisation. How the coaching is paid for is entirely your decision.
My coaching relationship is with you.
I don't liaise with HR, provide progress updates or discuss the content of our conversations with your employer.
What do you expect from me as a coaching client?
Coaching is a partnership.
I'll bring thoughtful questions, careful listening, honest observations and a commitment to helping you think more clearly.
I ask that you bring curiosity, openness and a willingness to reflect between sessions.
The quality of coaching depends less on completing exercises and more on your willingness to engage honestly with the process.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes.
Everything we discuss remains confidential.
I don't record coaching sessions or use AI tools to transcribe, analyse or summarise our conversations. I also don't share client stories publicly, even anonymously.
The full details of confidentiality are outlined in my coaching agreement.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes.
I work with clients around the world through online coaching and schedule sessions across different time zones wherever possible.
