Who we are

This website is operated by Shirisha Nagendran, an ICF PCC certified Executive Coach based in Bengaluru, India. The website address is shirishanagendran.com.

I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, and how it is used and protected.

What data I collect

I collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. This may happen when you:

  • Submit an enquiry through a contact form on this site
  • Join the Fluent newsletter
  • Email me directly at siri@shirishanagendran.com
  • Request a speaking engagement or coaching session

The data collected typically includes your name, email address, organisation, and any information you choose to share in the body of your message.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them through the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and your visit is not tracked in Google Analytics. Your consent choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. The website also uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies or identifying individual visitors. Aside from any analytics cookies you accept, no cookies are set beyond those required for basic functionality.

How I use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you have requested. I do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

If you subscribe to the Fluent newsletter through the signup form on this website, your email is managed by Kit (ConvertKit). New subscribers also receive a short series of welcome emails, which are sent through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter or welcome email.

If you ask for your System One Map assessment results and reflection to be emailed to you, your email address and the reflection text you entered are processed through Resend solely to deliver that message. This website does not keep that email address, reflection text or results after the message has been sent. Signing up to Fluent from the same form is separate and optional, and is handled under the newsletter subscription process described above.

Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may log IP addresses for security and performance purposes.
  • Formspree: processes contact form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox. Formspree stores form submissions temporarily on its servers.
  • Substack: the Fluent newsletter is published on Substack. If you subscribe to Fluent directly on Substack, rather than through this website, your email address is held by Substack under their privacy policy.
  • Kit (ConvertKit): manages newsletter subscriptions collected through the signup form on this website. If you subscribe, your email address is held by Kit under their privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: protects the form that emails you your System One Map results from automated abuse. It runs a short security check in your browser and is provided by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
  • Resend: sends welcome emails to new Fluent subscribers. For this purpose, Resend processes your email address, your name if you provide it, and basic information about your subscription, under their privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics 4: measures website traffic and usage. Loaded under Consent Mode v2, so analytics cookies and data collection activate only after you accept the cookie banner. Data is processed by Google under their privacy policy.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics: measures aggregate website traffic without setting cookies or identifying individual visitors. Data is processed by Ahrefs under their privacy policy.

I have no control over the data practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Data retention

Enquiry emails and form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. If you would like your data deleted, please contact me and I will do so promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Security

I take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data. All data transmitted between your browser and this website is encrypted via HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. When I do, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
