Work With Me
Every career has moments that ask something different of us.
Sometimes you need the space to think through one important decision.
Sometimes you're looking for a trusted partner to help you grow over time.
And sometimes, after working together for months or years, you need someone who already knows your story to help you navigate whatever comes next.
My work is built around long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions. The way we work together depends on where you are, what you're facing and the kind of support you need.

The shape of the work
Executive Coaching is the way in. Everything else follows from it, once we have worked together and I understand your context.
Open to new clients
Beginning the conversation
There are two ways to begin. Executive Coaching is a structured eight-week engagement for sustained work. The Situation Room is a single 90-minute session for one specific situation you'd like to think through.
Executive Coaching
For highly capable women navigating the complexity of modern organisations.
Executive Coaching is a focused eight-week engagement for professionals who want to think more clearly, lead with greater intention and navigate the realities of modern work without losing themselves in the process.
Whether you're leading in a Global Capability Centre (GCC), managing competing stakeholder expectations, navigating difficult workplace relationships or questioning how long you can continue at your current pace, coaching offers a confidential space to step away from the noise.
Every coaching relationship begins with a one-hour Discovery Call. It's not a sales conversation. At the end of the conversation, we'll both decide whether Executive Coaching is the right next step.
Coaching begins only if the answer is a genuine yes from both of us. My responsibility isn't to enrol everyone who books a Discovery Call. It's to help you find the support that's most appropriate for where you are right now.

Sometimes one conversation is all that's needed.
The Situation Room is a 90-minute strategic thinking session for one important workplace situation.
It's for professionals facing a situation that feels complex, uncertain or difficult to navigate. If you've been carrying one situation around in your head for days or weeks, this is designed for you.
Whether you're preparing for a difficult conversation, navigating workplace politics, making a career decision or simply trying to make sense of a complex situation, The Situation Room provides dedicated space to think it through.

Continuing the relationship
Coaching doesn't always end when a programme finishes. Some clients appreciate having an ongoing thinking partner as their career continues to evolve.
Journey Coaching
Journey Coaching is available exclusively to existing coaching clients.
Rather than beginning a new coaching programme, you purchase a block of sessions to use whenever you need them.
Some clients schedule regular reflection sessions throughout the year. Others return when a new opportunity, challenge or transition arises.
There is no fixed programme or curriculum. Just the flexibility to continue the conversation when it matters most.

Political Intelligence Audit
Some situations require a different kind of support.
The Political Intelligence Audit is a bespoke strategic engagement available to selected coaching clients when a deeper analysis of organisational dynamics would be valuable.
It builds on an established coaching relationship and draws on a detailed understanding of your role, your organisation, your stakeholders and the challenges you're navigating.
It is primarily available to clients who have completed an Executive Coaching engagement. In exceptional circumstances I also accept a small number of new clients directly, where the situation calls for an independent political assessment rather than a coaching engagement.
If, during our coaching work, I believe a Political Intelligence Audit would help you move forward, I'll recommend it.

If we're meeting for the first time and you're looking for ongoing support, Executive Coaching is usually the best place to begin.
If you have one specific situation you'd like to think through, The Situation Room is a single focused conversation, and you don't need to have worked with me before.
If we've worked together before, Journey Coaching offers a way to continue the relationship as new questions arise.
And if your work reaches a point where a Political Intelligence Audit would be valuable, we'll discuss that together.
If you're unsure where to begin, get in touch. We'll work out the right starting point together.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have worked with you before?
Executive Coaching and The Situation Room are both open to new clients.
Journey Coaching is available exclusively to clients who have completed an Executive Coaching engagement. The Political Intelligence Audit is primarily available to those clients too, though in exceptional circumstances I accept a small number of new clients directly.
I count any coaching package, corporate engagement or Political Intelligence Audit we have completed together as an Executive Coaching engagement.
Does everyone who books a Discovery Call become a coaching client?
No.
The Discovery Call is a conversation, not a sales meeting.
At the end of the call, we both decide whether we'd like to work together. For us to begin coaching, it needs to be a genuine yes from both of us.
There are times when I'll suggest that another form of support, such as therapy or medical care, would be more appropriate before coaching. If that's my assessment, I'll explain why.
Can I book The Situation Room directly?
Not directly.
Tell me about the situation you are carrying. If it looks like the right fit, I will invite you to a 60-minute conversation, and we will decide together whether The Situation Room is the right next step.
You do not need to have worked with me before.
Can I book Journey Coaching if we have never worked together?
No.
Journey Coaching is designed as a continuation of an existing coaching relationship.
If we haven't worked together before, Executive Coaching provides the time and structure for us to explore your goals, establish a strong coaching relationship and create meaningful progress together.
How is Journey Coaching different from Executive Coaching?
Executive Coaching is a focused engagement centred on a significant professional challenge, transition or goal. Together, we work with purpose over eight weeks to create meaningful progress in that area.
Journey Coaching is different.
It isn't built around one coaching objective. Instead, it provides ongoing opportunities to reflect, navigate decisions and think through whatever is most relevant at that point in your professional life.
Can I book a Political Intelligence Audit directly?
The Political Intelligence Audit is primarily available to clients who have completed an Executive Coaching engagement, because it builds on an established understanding of your leadership style, your aspirations and the organisational context in which you work.
In exceptional circumstances, I also accept a small number of new clients directly into the engagement where their situation calls for an independent political assessment rather than a coaching engagement.
If you're unsure which is the better starting point, we'll discuss your situation during a confidential introductory conversation and decide together.
Are our conversations confidential?
Yes.
Everything we discuss remains confidential.
I don't record coaching sessions or use AI tools to transcribe, analyse or summarise our conversations. I also don't share client stories publicly, even anonymously.
The full details of confidentiality are outlined in my coaching agreement.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I work with clients around the world through online coaching and schedule sessions across different time zones wherever possible.
