About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of shirishanagendran.com and the services offered by Shirisha Nagendran (referred to as "I", "me", or "Siri"), an ICF PCC certified Executive Coach based in Bengaluru, India.

By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services

I offer the following services:

Political intelligence work (The Political Intelligence Audit; Session; Retainer)
Speaking engagements (keynotes and event talks)

All services are provided on the terms set out in the relevant service description on this website and any separate agreement entered into between us before work commences.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding agreement. A service engagement begins only once both parties have confirmed the scope, fee, and start date in writing, and any applicable payment has been received.

I reserve the right to decline any enquiry at my discretion, including where the work is outside my area of practice or where a conflict of interest exists.

Fees and payment

Fees for each service are outlined on the relevant offering page. Specific payment terms, including schedule and method, are agreed in writing before work begins. All fees are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund terms vary by service and are agreed at the point of engagement. Where a session or engagement is cancelled by me, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Confidentiality

I treat everything shared in the course of our work together as strictly confidential. I will not disclose any information about you, your organisation, or the content of our sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

I may refer to client work in aggregate or anonymised terms for professional development purposes, but never in a way that identifies any individual or organisation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the political literacy guides, frameworks, written material, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Shirisha Nagendran unless otherwise attributed. You may share links to this content freely. You may not reproduce, republish, or adapt substantial portions of it without written permission.

Any materials I produce specifically for you in the course of our engagement (such as a Situation Report from the Political Intelligence Audit) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or redistributed without my consent.

Limitation of liability

The coaching and political intelligence work I provide is designed to support your thinking and decision-making. Responsibility for any decisions made remains entirely with you. I do not accept liability for any outcomes arising from the use of advice or frameworks provided in the course of our work.
