Two ways to begin.

The three-month engagement is the entry point. The six-month engagement is the full relationship, and includes the Political Intelligence Audit. Both begin with the same inside work. The difference is depth, duration, and what becomes possible once the relationship has had time to build.

The Entry Point

Three-Month Engagement

For a senior leader who wants to begin the relationship and experience the work before committing to the full engagement.

Six sessions over three months. This is the inside work: your leadership presence, your clarity, how you are showing up in the environments you are navigating. Shirisha brings her reading of the political system around you into the conversation alongside the reflective work. The sessions are part coaching, part advisory, grounded in the reality you are actually navigating, not just your experience of it.

At the end of three months, you decide what comes next. Some clients find three months is exactly what they needed. Others move into the six-month engagement because the work has opened questions they want to pursue further. There is no pressure to continue and no assumption that you will.

  • 6 sessions, 60 minutes each, over 3 months
  • Fortnightly cadence, adjusted to your schedule
  • Video call. Preparation notes shared before each session where relevant
  • Maximum 4 clients at any time
  • ₹1,50,000 / $4,500

The Full Engagement

Six-Month Engagement

For a senior leader who is ready to work on both dimensions: the inside work and a clear diagnostic of the political landscape around her.

Everything in the three-month engagement, and more. At the point where the relationship has the depth to make it genuinely useful, Shirisha conducts the Political Intelligence Audit: a two-week diagnostic that maps who holds real influence in your environment, where the risks are, and what is actually driving the decisions you cannot explain. The Audit is delivered as a written Situation Report with concrete recommendations for how to move.

The Audit is embedded in the six-month engagement because the diagnostic work is significantly richer once Shirisha knows you and your environment well. A cold diagnostic is useful. A diagnostic built on months of context is a different quality of work entirely.

Six months also includes access to Shirisha's premium political literacy resource library: frameworks, diagnostic tools, and worksheets developed through her practice and body of work. Not a public resource. Yours for the duration of the engagement.

At six months, the Audit is included. Purchased separately, the combined standalone value of the six-month coaching and the Political Intelligence Audit is ₹3,75,000 / $11,200.

  • 12 sessions, 60 minutes each, over 6 months
  • Fortnightly cadence, adjusted to your schedule
  • Political Intelligence Audit conducted within the engagement
  • Written Situation Report delivered after the Audit
  • Access to the premium political literacy resource library
  • Maximum 2 clients at any time
  • ₹3,00,000 / $9,000

You are in one of these situations.

You are a director, VP, or CXO navigating a complex organisation and you need someone to think with you who has no stake in your decisions.
You keep reading the room correctly but cannot find anyone to validate or challenge what you are seeing.
Something politically charged is happening around you, a restructuring, a power shift, a hostile stakeholder, and you are making decisions largely alone.
You are moving into a new environment, a new culture, or a new level of leadership, and you want to build the foundation before the pressure arrives.
You are technically excellent and politically underprepared, not because you are naive, but because nobody has ever taught you to read the system.

How the engagement runs

01

The Intake

Before your first session, you complete a short structured intake. Role, organisation, what is live for you, what you are trying to navigate. Shirisha reviews it before Session 1 so you arrive in the work, not the preamble.

02

The Sessions

Six sessions over three months, fortnightly. Part coaching, part advisory. You bring what is live. Shirisha brings her read of what she is hearing. The conversation moves between your internal experience and the system you are operating within.

03

Between Sessions

Email contact for anything that cannot wait. The relationship is not confined to the sessions.

04

The Close

At the end of three months, a closing session to consolidate what has shifted and name what comes next. No obligation to continue. No assumption that you will.

Six-month engagement additionally includes
05

The Political Intelligence Audit

Conducted within the engagement at the point where the relationship has the context to make it genuinely useful, typically around month three or four. Two sessions plus Shirisha's synthesis work in between. Delivered as a written Situation Report: who holds real influence, where the risks are, what to do about it.

06

The Situation Report

A written, designed document delivered within 48 hours of the Audit's second session. Yours to keep. Specific to your organisation, your stakeholders, your next moves.

07

The Resource Library

Access throughout the six months to Shirisha's premium political literacy resource library: frameworks, diagnostic tools, and worksheets developed through her practice and body of work.

Investment

This is a boutique practice. The senior track runs at very low capacity. If you are considering reaching out, sooner is better.

Ready to begin?

Fill in the form below. Shirisha responds within two working days. If your situation clearly fits one of the two packages, she will tell you which and why. If it is less clear, she will say so honestly.

Is this coaching or advisory work?

It is both. The sessions move between your internal experience and the system you are navigating. Shirisha brings a coaching register to the reflective work and an advisory register to the political reading. The two are not separate conversations. They happen in the same session, in response to what you bring.

How is this different from the Political Intelligence Audit?

The Audit is a standalone diagnostic: a specific, time-bounded mapping of your political landscape, delivered as a Situation Report. Leadership Coaching and Political Intelligence is a sustained relationship that includes that diagnostic work at the right moment, embedded within a broader coaching engagement. If you want the diagnostic only, the Audit is the right entry point, though Shirisha's strong preference for new clients is to conduct it within the six-month engagement, where the relationship has the context to make it significantly richer.

How is this different from standard executive coaching?

Most executive coaching focuses on your internal experience: your mindset, your goals, your growth. This goes further. It focuses on the system around you alongside your experience of it. What is actually happening politically, who holds real influence, why decisions are going the way they are, and what to do about it. It draws on 19 years of navigating complex organisations from the inside, 13 years of coaching practice, full-time since 2023, and a body of work on political literacy built through rigorous research and direct pattern recognition from working with senior leaders globally.

Who is this for?

Directors, VPs, and CXOs navigating politically complex organisations. Senior professionals who are technically excellent and politically underprepared. Leaders who need a thinking partner with no stake in their decisions and no agenda of their own. If you are a mid-career professional, Career Growth and Navigating Transitions is the right starting point.

What is the difference between the three-month and six-month engagement?

The three-month engagement is the inside work: six sessions focused on your leadership presence, your clarity, and how you are operating in your environment. It is the right starting point if you want to experience the relationship before committing to the full engagement. The six-month engagement includes everything in the three months plus the Political Intelligence Audit, the Situation Report, and access to the premium resource library. It is the right choice if you are ready to work on both the inside and outside dimensions of your leadership.

What happens after the engagement ends?

Some clients take what they have built and move forward independently. Others continue through On Retainer: a flexible block model that keeps the advisory relationship available without the structure of a formal programme. The conversation about what comes next happens naturally in the closing session.

What is the capacity for each package?

The three-month engagement runs at a maximum of four clients at any time. The six-month engagement runs at a maximum of two. These caps exist so the work remains careful, specific, and genuinely useful. When a track is full, Shirisha maintains a short waitlist.

After the engagement

The relationship does not have to end when the programme does. Clients who have completed the six-month engagement can continue through On Retainer: sessions in flexible blocks, access to the premium resource library, no fixed schedule. You come when the situation demands it.

For existing senior clients

On Retainer

Keep the relationship going. Sessions in blocks of 1, 3, or 6. No fixed schedule. You come when the situation demands it.
