Who is On Retainer for?
On Retainer is for clients who have completed the six-month Leadership Coaching and Political Intelligence engagement with Shirisha. It is for people who want that political intelligence relationship available when the situation demands it, rather than on a fixed schedule. Three-month completers are welcome to write to Shirisha directly to discuss eligibility.
What does a session look like?
A video call, typically 60 minutes. There is no set agenda. You bring what is live: a shift in the landscape, a decision with political stakes, a relationship that needs reading. Because Shirisha already knows your organisation, your key players, and your strategic context, the session goes straight to the substance. No re-briefing. No starting from scratch.
How long are the session blocks valid for?
The three-session block is valid for three months from the date of purchase. The six-session block is valid for six months. If the window closes and you have unused sessions, those sessions lapse. You are welcome to purchase a new block at any time.
I completed the three-month engagement. Can I access On Retainer?
On Retainer is designed for six-month completers, where the depth of context from the engagement is highest. If you completed the three-month engagement, write to Shirisha directly at siri@sanerworklife.com. Each case is considered individually.
What if I need a quick read on something urgent?
That is exactly what this is for. One of the most common uses of On Retainer is a single session booked when something shifts and you need a fast, considered read before you act. The single-session option is available for precisely this reason.
Is everything confidential?
Yes, completely. Nothing you share is disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission. Many On Retainer clients are navigating situations that cannot be discussed inside their organisation. That is precisely what this is for.
